Visitor conditions Cancel tours Cancellation of a tour guide booking is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the visit date. Cancellation can only be done in writing via e-mail reservations@shmdc.nl In case of late cancellation you will be charged an administration fee of € 21.00 plus the costs of the tours. 1. General 1.1. These conditions apply to all Visitors to the Museum. 1.2. These conditions also apply to all natural and / or legal persons engaged by the Foundation in the context of its objective. 1.3. Definitions In these conditions the following terms have the following meanings: the foundation: the Stichting Haarlemmermeermuseum De Cruquius in Cruquius, in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, including the Cruquius Museum in Cruquius, Meer-Historie (Witte Boerderij) and Historisch Museum in Hoofddorp, which, by virtue of its objective, set out the history of the creation of the Haarlemmermeer, the ways of draining and preserve and propagate history to date.
